Just to feel better and less negative?

If you are not suffering clinical depression..I would not..Have you tried SAMe

No.

I'm on it, and its worth it for me because before I went on it I had crazy levels of stress. I mean REALLY bad stress. It got so bad I had to be hospitalized because of hyperventilation. Originally I thought it was caused by something like asthma, but it turned out that I just had crazy levels of stress and that I was unintentionally hyperventilating all the time, resulting in the same type of feeling you would get when you can't catch your breath.

Wellbutrin comes with a number of baggages however. It's addictive, and side effects can be non-trivial, especially when you are just getting started. I legit felt like shit for the first few weeks after I started taking it.

Not worth it unless you feel like utter shit like I did.

EDIT: I also think its tough on your kidneys and liver, which is pretty bad news for me tbh seeing as I take lots of advil and drink heavily. Though tbh I'm not if life will even be worth living in the future anyway.

As of 2012 the evidence was inconclusive as to whether SAM can mitigate the pain of osteoarthritis; clinical trials that had been conducted were too small from which to generalize.[12] A 2016 study concluded that for major depressive disorder, "Given the absence of high quality evidence and the inability to draw firm conclusions based on that evidence, the use of SAMe for the treatment of depression in adults should be investigated further.

It is very safe..and it works..Make sure to take with a B-complex

I forgot to mention that one side effect of wellbutrin is a considerable increase in libido. For a period I would fap like 2-4 times PER DAY. Don't do that anymore though. If you are already feeling sexually frustrated then taking wellbutrin might not help that.

So your dopamine system is under-active.

You can achieve that in 2 ways: increase level of dopamine or increase the number of dopamine receptors.

Amphetamine is the first path, but it's only short term solution, as the number of receptors will drop and the activation of dopaminergic neurons will fall to baseline. (Plus withdrawal symptoms.)

It's much better to increase the number of receptors. Try choline and phenylpiracetam. Also, most ascetic techniques work this way, including nofap.
