To an extent, MMA fighters have been documenting this for decades with shin kicks

They develop monster shins due to repeated trauma.

Although Wolf's law is sort of legit, bonesmashing is not worth it.

It just causes temp swelling.

Not only this, but it is hard to be precise, so whatever does happen will not be symetrical.
