- Draw a line from the forehead right above of the brow bone (frontal sinus) to the front of the chin.
- Draw a line from the eye’s pupil to the midpoint of the lips.
- Draw a line from the nasion to the mouth’s corner.
- An X shape is clearly seen and is (approximately) symmetrical.
- The curve at the back of the nose’s ala meets or is ahead of the X’s cross.
- The nasion point and the mid-lips point touch or nearly touch the forehead-to-chin line.
- The philtrum meets or is ahead of the forehead-to-chin line.
