Just cut body weight. I don't think I'd do liposuction. Also, have you ever considered that having some fatpad is actually ideal? What happens if it's just bare bone there and you smash a girl.

I feel like you could actually use some of the fatpad to your advantage. To make it better, more comfortable, or whatever.

Obviously if you're already doing liposuction to begin with (for love handles, stomach) etc, I don't see why you wouldn't also just remove some on the fatpad while you're at it. But I wouldn't go and do just that. I'm also not sure how much I'd even want to remove. I wouldn't want to take it to the extreme.
