No one here has tried long enough to give you a true answer. Most people here are lazy and prefer to just say it's cope to not do it and not feel bad about it. It works. I can tell you that. I've seen results for myself and it wasn't muh puberty because I was alredy developed. If you believe mewing works, then you have to believe thumbpulling works because they're part of the same field.
