Many fraudulent religions have sensual or pleasurable views of the afterlife, where the afterlife is depicted as a place of enjoyment, physical pleasure, and sensory delights. Islam is one of them. Sex is a dominating theme of the afterlife In islam, men are rewarded with virgins of paradise when they enter. Dopamine-maxxing for all eternity is what islam is about. Don't fret though, for Islam is not alone!
-In ancient Greek mythology and religion, Elysium or the Elysian Fields was a paradise-like afterlife where the souls of the heroic and virtuous would reside. It was described as a place of eternal happiness, where individuals could enjoy pleasurable activities like feasting and athletic contests.
-In Norse mythology, warriors who died bravely in battle were believed to go to Valhalla, a great hall in Asgard. In Valhalla, they would engage in combat during the day and feast and celebrate at night, enjoying the pleasures of battle and camaraderie.
-In ancient Egyptian afterlife was the belief in a realm called the "Field of Reeds" or "Aaru." This was a paradise-like place where the souls of the deceased hoped to reside for eternity. In the Field of Reeds, it was believed that individuals would be reunited with their loved ones, enjoy abundant food and drink, and live in peace and happiness.
Those are just a few of many examples of illegitimate belief systems. So what is the lesson here? It is that, these are WORLDLY religions. They cater to people's carnal desires and lust and it is how they lure people in and entrap them. These are demonic ideologies and are all fraudulent and superficial. Christianity teaches us that we are not of this world, we are just in it temporarily. It teaches us to stray from the animalistic desires and short term pleasures that man seeks because such behavior leads to a vacuum of despair. It teaches us that we are fundamentally broken and need a savior—whose name is Jesus Christ, and we cannot work our way to heaven—of which is not an eternal night club.
Repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior
