Probably just the concept with religion by itself. I struggled my entire life and people around me just said "pray and give your life to God". I did that with Christianity and my life wasnt better. I thought maybe converting will help me find my footing. Islam was considerably the best religions I followed for a time. The reason I left was because deep down I didnt give 100 percent to it. When a world is so brutal, it made me really question faith as a whole.

So in my case, why would I blindly devote myself to something that brought me into this world to be tormented?
