With DO yes possible but not practical.

Is this Sinns Malar osteotomy which he sometimes calls a Modified LeFort III? In that case I don’t think DO would be possible because of the disconnect between 2 sides and no where to place a medical distractor.

Anyway yes it could be moved up a couple mm’s depending on your globe positions and existing undereye support. It will probably have a mm or so of downward relapse anyway.
