Long story short, I was very lonely and depressed which made doing assignments very difficult. I was the only black guy in my course so I felt alienated. Made me even more depressed. Got into a car accident in January this year. Got anxious about going to campus ever since. Didn’t attend any lectures ever since. Failed course work, didn’t bother doing exams.

But yea man forget about me I’m just a loser. Sounds like u got a good group of friends if they visit you. Maybe just organise monthly get togethers or something. If they’re your real friends it won’t matter where you live.

That sounds so rough. What happened during that car accident; did you have to travel far to reach campus? Have you spoken to someone about what happened?
Which course was it? What have you managed to do since uni?
