Isn't the film cranked like a paradox?

Jason Satham is injected with something that makes it so that if he doesn't have an adrenaline rush he dies but surely in knowing that he will constantly have adrenaline running through his body therefore he wouldn't have to do those crazy things to increase his adrenaline

Good theory tbh

I don't know if the constant anxiety would actually produce adrenaline, but it's a strong possibility
