size: hgh for head/face size + LLS + frame lenghetning surgery
most crazies eye surgeries <find it on yt, it looks worse than jaw surgeries, more terrifying>

like even I look at lefort 1, I have short vertical maxilla, but the change will be like 0.2 PSL

Ascending from 4 to 5 psl is a huge increase and completely doable without anything crazy.

Even going from 2 to 3 will give a great improvement.
You're nowhere near slayer or even a normie but you'll be treated as a person.
