theres tons of variations and you can imagine yourself many exercises is basically doing maximal effort against an imovable object, I do a push/pull variation, one arm pulls other arm push on a bar also do one with a calisthenics ring trying to squeeze as hard as I can and then trying to pull apart the ring as hard as I can, for legs Its deadlifts with a strap atached to the ground
holding for 3 seconds in 2 different range of motion bottom and almost fully locked out and after isometrics I do high rep bodyweight moves on upper body days I do push ups, pull ups and lateral raises for legs I do step ups and back extensions
Ive been having great results with this routine coming from someone who used a more conventional way of training with barbell and lots of equipment now I barely need any equipment to train
