Isotret+ azelaic acid 10% ,or it will be too much? Or for back and chest it will work

I already only have 10%. At the beginning of my isotretinoin course, my back became extremely dry, so I was using it only on my back. Now, with the same dose, my skin doesn't get dry anymore. Should I start using it on my face as well?

I haven’t used them personally so I’m not the best to ask but since it doesn’t get dry anymore it should be okay to use
