Isotret purge

At 10mg per day, I feel my skin is very sensitive. dry This is part of the purge? Or it lasts indefinitely as long as I continue to take it. I'm only looking for anti-aging effects; I've never had acne and I'm not currently on steroids.

Purging is when your acne gets worse due to increased skin cell turnover

You are just experiencing regular isotret side effects, you can try 10mg every other day

I've never had acne before, so... ...but this drought won't stabilize?

Yes, since you never had acne you can't really "purge". Yes your body will probably adapt but only time will tell. Just make sure to moisturize and wear sunscreen.
