At 10mg per day, I feel my skin is very sensitive. dry This is part of the purge? Or it lasts indefinitely as long as I continue to take it. I'm only looking for anti-aging effects; I've never had acne and I'm not currently on steroids.

Yes, since you never had acne you can't really "purge". Yes your body will probably adapt but only time will tell. Just make sure to moisturize and wear sunscreen.
