isotret vs tret ?

I have acne scars, decently recalcitrant rosacea, + am alr on ivermectin + rhofade, what's better to add between isotret or tret? skin texture on face pretty mid and i could stand to be more tan too

isotret wont help with texture unless u have active acne

please learn the difference between the 2

they arent interchangable

use tret or taz

isotret is mostly for acne breakouts and scars. tret can help a bit with texture but it won't make rosacea better on its own either. ivermectin + rhofade should be enough to manage both. maybe see a derm if nothing else helps.
