Isotretinoin and sun

Now I wanna hop on accutane for the insane clear skin benefits and shit, the problem is that you have to basically keep your whole body out of the sun.

The sun is also probably one of the most important things health wise. How do I get around this? Do I cope with isotret and use spf for my face while sunbathe rest of my body?

Yeah but doesnt spf block many of the pro's of Sun? Also it would be kinda shitty to sunbathe and having to drool all my body in spf50 every couple hours, it is endocrine disruptor that fucks up your hormones
