Isotret is sistemic and better for more severe acne but it also treats mild reoccuring acnee a lot better.
I dont really have severe acne. You think its still worth it? Heard its extremely liver toxic

I would still suggest accutane over tret, if its not severe acne microdose accutane at 10mg.

Not worth it, you might not even need tretinoin. Just Benzac low concentration and work your way up, also use something that contains salicylic acid (for blackheads for example)

Ive been using salicylic acid from the ordinary for months now but the results are very mild. Like almost nothing.

Do i cycle it and take breaks or just long term. And do the effects go away after hopping off?
Im not really informed on accutane

Use tretinoin then i guess accutane is better but you'd rather not deal with the side effects if you can have good skin with tretinoin

Find a dose that works, you can usually microdose at 10mg for long periods of time, then once you're happy with your skin you can lower the dose even more
