Isotretinoin + tretinoin questions

I dont have acne but i want to improve my skin quality. Is it worth taking low dosage of isotretinoin + tretinoin cream? or should I just take tretinoin? lmk if you have other suggestions.

always good to run 10-20mgs of iso to ensure no breakouts
