Isotretinoin vs retinA

Was prescribed retinA gel for a month and half, acne worsened on one side(purge period?) of face alot so dermo prescribed isotretinoin gel now. Should I hop on isotret or try tret for another month?

if its gel i guess its okay but if that jew prescribed u the pill form of isotret i would have caged at the jewness

tretinoin is strong enough to cure most peoples acne over a long period of daily use, i'd listen to ur derm tho.

He says he'll prescribe the pill if no significant improvement occurs over a month (idts isotret works this fast so I'll prolly get prescribed oral one) wdys?

do not take the pill. persist with whatever topicals he lets u use

I dont think you neetboy know anything tbh. Thats the dose doctors will prescribe u for the accutane treatment. Indeed, this is not a looksmaxing forum.

I took the pill and as of now i see no side effects whatsoever, but my skin is way better.

oral accutane is completely unneccessary unless the acne is severe and i would never recommend anyone take it unless they have insane acne
