I just bought isotretinoin 10 mg . thinking I will do 6 month . Should take it everyday or every other day and will it fix my back acne ?

if u dont have a lot of acne doe 10-15 not 60, 60 will fuck you up and u cant down ur usage later

You don't want to clear your skin, you want long term clearence. So clear your skin, and keep it clear.

There are two ways of going about this. The first one is "treating to clear" -- this means that you will take the drug until your skin is clear, then go for additional 2-3 months of clear skin. If your skin breaks out at all during that 2-3 month period, you must reset the time.

The second one is cumulative dosing. For facial acne, a cumulative dose of 120-150mg/kg is ideal, with at least 1 month of clearance. For truncal acne, it is much higher.
