It is common practice to remove upper wisdom teeth for Bimax??

As we all know the lower wisdom teeth must be removed if there are impacted but how about the upper wisdom teeth?

My dentist said that if the uppers aren’t removed they’ll continue to erupt due to having no tooth below them and eventually that will cause problem.

I don't think they are needed at all, I have 32 teeth rn but will need to remove 4 wisdom ones. They are hard to clean and useless basically
