Why does someone deserve compliments due to how they were born. People deserve praise on the content of their character, anyone can be a good person, not everyone can be attractive.

It baffles me how people can say anti-racism phrases like "it's what's inside that counts" while simultaneously viewing ugly people as subhuman.

I love to be complimented on my music and personality because I have control over those things.

I feel shitty when my family call me attractive, I'm ugly and that's okay. It's like they're trying to trick themselves into thinking that I am an attractive young man.

I agree with your points icl because people who were born with their looks didnt have to work for mostly everything but yet people still compliment them as like they didnt just win the genetic lottery then the people who work hard for their looks are seen as corny and should just "be yourself".
