It is possible that a double jaw surgery might cause a bump on your nose?

My nose is literally the ideal shape, but I need a double jaw to pull both my jaws forward. is it possible that by pulling the maxilla forward the shape of the nose might be affected?

Yes it’s possible, but your nose is far from ideal. You should be more worried about looking like a pig than having a small bump.
