My cheekbones and zygomatic arches improved after hard mewing yet my eyes remained poorly supported.

Not sure about the maxilla.

Yes, me,i have good infraorbitals but no fat in the underyes,but still my infraorbitals are good enough that they partially compensate for it.

Some people have a recessed upper maxilla but normal lower maxilla. It is something most bimax surgeons have no solution for because they cannot advance the upper maxilla if the lower maxilla has been advanced to the correct position, or is already in the correct position.

This is actually quite common in modern orthodontic patients (last 15ish years) who wore decent fixed braces. Mandible and the lower region of maxilla seem to grow forward fine, they even grow laterally quite fine, but the upper region of maxilla just doesn't have that pop. You only get that with proper tongue posture and good swallowing patterns since DAY ONE. I swear to god I can tell immediately when I see a one or two year old child if they'll be recessed or not in the future.

This. I have probably slightly recessed orbitals (no failo, a tiny bit under eye hollowness/darkness looks better than perfect plump skin there imo. Makes your face more interesting.)
But since I lost collagen/fat there due to stress, it‘s worse and looks bad .

Perfect dento-facial growth (never got any braces or such shit), but recessed upper maxilla which causes lack of under eye support and forward projecting zygos.

Pretty sure tongue posture plays a great role in that.

Don't really no of any procedures to fix it. Maybe someone who has tried mewing can explain if it provides some improvement?

Maybe you just had a normal posture throughout life and didn't realize.

I definitely had a bad mouthbreathing posture (again nobody knows what comes first: the bad posture, or the craniofacial growth which then causes the mouthbreathing)

I have a pretty big tongue (not that witch-like long, just big) so pretty sure that's what caused my dental area growth (it barely fits in my mouth even now).

Doubt it, I've never seen that combo before. It makes no sense that the upper maxilla would stay up and forward while lower maxilla drops down. Actually it's impossible if you think about it

Under certain light there is some hollowness under my eye but I have decent orbits

But usually looks better supported. That is all soft tissue. Very underrated

And I think a good indicator of thisbwould be if you have nasolabial folds even at low bf.
