Yeah I’d quit, even if you manage to conform and become a witty cool guy it’ll drain you in the long run. You will move up but end up with diabetes, belly fat and constant worry about being fired.

If I quit I'm flat broke, not an option. I'm never going to be able to conform but the job position I currently have expires in 3 months anyways (JFL everyone got an extension to the job except me ).

I try and focus on my job but a billion different mental issues hold me back, plus childhood trauma, plus the work being too difficult for me to manage so I fall behind alot.
