The first time they can tell I'm weird but they hold back cus we just met.

The second time is when the roasting starts, they start to look down on me, etc.

It's difficult for me to just snap at people who try it because my learning disabilities make me slow.

It's hard to find better normies, I found so many different groups and this happens with all of them.

Interacting as an aspie is all about minimizing contact and keeping interactions short. Always have “something” keeping you busy. Even when networking, I minimize hangout time to hide being on the spectrum

I try and minimize contact but sometimes it's difficult when you got an 8 hour job or you wanna build a friendship/relationship with people or want them to like you, which is essential for getting links to different things and going ahead in life.

In the case of not being bullied "just be confident bro" is actually good advice tbh. Most people are pathetic and will back down when you give snarky comments back.

Yeah I’d quit, even if you manage to conform and become a witty cool guy it’ll drain you in the long run. You will move up but end up with diabetes, belly fat and constant worry about being fired.

Is there a way you can just focus on your job without talking much to seem busy?

If I quit I'm flat broke, not an option. I'm never going to be able to conform but the job position I currently have expires in 3 months anyways (JFL everyone got an extension to the job except me :lul:).

I try and focus on my job but a billion different mental issues hold me back, plus childhood trauma, plus the work being too difficult for me to manage so I fall behind alot.

You might be doing anything that specifically sets it off? Like making a weird joke, saying something non-NT etc.

I find that sometimes staying mostly quiet, but saying a little bit, is often the best way to blend it without becoming a target

Well I’m homeless, because I wasn’t good at $k00l. I’m drinking Starbucks and getting high at English bay so money isn’t an issue. My deep fake is constantly setting up new dates, life’s good. A clean bill of health is the only thing I need

Not saying you should do what I do. I hate the Chinese so I’m not buying a house to make them rich, or giving money to the school system.

Anyhow, just show your job the tall man finger and find something else, it’s never been easier to find a job.
