IT teacher wants me to present my presentation in french

My french teacher is retarded, which resulted me not learning french properly. Im so done rn

I dropped French language classes the moment I was able to. It was a mandatory subject for the first three years in high school. They didn’t force students to speak French, or at least not much. Nowadays, they are doing this a lot. They believe in the concept of “goal language = used language.” So teachers are encouraged to use the language (in this case, French) in order to achieve a certain level in that language (goal language, which is French) for the students.

I sadly cant drop it, I study in a highschool that specialises in languages n from all possible languages I got into french. First year I had 3 teachers; an old hag, my homeroom teacher n a woman who was fired from her previous teaching job. My homeroom teacher was trying to help us when we were failing w the other two, the old hag was my literal nightmare n the other one was js there. Time passed the old hag retired, we got a new homeroom teacher, which left only the worst one w us. For two years french classes r js boring n time wasting. We dont learn anything, the whole class uses chatgpt n she thinks that we act know smth. Due to her my french got from somewhat decent to a newbie lvl.

Yup it turns out that if you studied eng before or its js ur first language, french is hell. Multiple teachers have told me that

yeah the accent has been my biggest flaw

Ive been studying eng since i was in kindergarten. My first year the old hag i had as a teacher wouldnt stop commenting on my eng acc. I remember once i tried breaking it n i sounded like an indian.
Fortunately I managed to adapt to writing in french but the grammar is so awful that i have to relearn it every few months

that's the thing. 5 languages: spanish, italian, emglish, french n german. after middle school ends u have exams which u need to take for a highschool. my score was way too low for spanish n the others
