you're young so it may not be too late to consider orthodontics, i'd try to get a consult ASAP. You can do some research on common practice to fix recessed maxilla through orthodontics and ask / see what your orthodontist thinks.

in the mean time you can try a combination of microneedling your nasolabial folds and applying a retinoid afterwards to boost collagen and lessen the prominence.

how bad are the folds themselves? are they very prominent or are they just barely noticeable?
