What exactly do I need beyond ccw and advancement of maxilla + bsso.

Also which Italian surgeons are worth looking into, I only really know about Ramieri, Raffaini, and Pagnoni

You need a ct scan and then you’ll have to do some research on how orthogonatic surgeons figure out what’s wrong. It’s all based on measurements of the skull. You can for example figure out if your maxilla is recessed with aba consisting of the difference of sna and snb ( Chat gpt it). It should be your goal to first figure out what a perfectly balanced face would look like and then you can go a little bolder if you’re into really large zygos or chin or something like that. There’s also free software to figure all this out. If I were you I would ask multiple surgeons for consultation and prepare by getting the right (!) type of scan and doing all the measurements before the consultation.

Also wtf are those pics can you not take neutral side profile pics without doing this retard shit with your jaw.

If you take pics to send to me take them from like 2m away and zoom in so we reduce lense distortion
