It's funny how they were starving to death so they came up with mixing real food with bread to make bread less disgusting and now people pay money to eat those food imitations like pizza and spaghetti at restaurants. If you're Italian, you can try eating something actually good, like unpasteurised cheese, which you should be able to buy, replace all the grain based foods with meat, you won't 6 get fat at all.

Eating once will have 0 impact on your weight. If you regularly eat alot that's how you get fat. You can get away with one cheat meal every week and still lose weight if you walk a little daily

174 in the south and 176 in the north(male avg height) but avg zoomers are generally a bit taller than that.

You can survive, buy food and other stuff but you'll not get a job or socialize with english only, most of the population don't speak english at all or speak shitty english, if you go on italian omegle you'll notice 1/10 people will be able to speak very basic english. You must learn at least B1 italian before coming here.

North Italy is richer and with better infrastructures but people are colder.

North and south are so different that even architecture is different
