Whether at work or just in general. Stand, walk, hang from a bar, perform tai chi, do whatever. Just avoid sitting down
I sit for short periods unless necessary. I don't have a standing desk set up. But I will avoid jobs that require sitting. I quit gaming partly for that reason
Sitting makes my lower back start to ache, even if I've been pain free all day until that point. Could be influenced by imbalances in my pelvis or spine, and related muscles, but we have to make lifestyle changes to fit our circumstances. Moving around just feels better in general anyway
