The less fat there is in between the bones and the soul the more efficient and “automatic “ is the concordance between soul and body. In a way being fat was a good thing for me because It reduced the transmission signal between my intense hatred for pajeets and my body. Now I’ve cooled down a bit so I can now get thin af.
