As basic and stupid as it may sound, the most you can really do is just softmax. If after that when you’re lean, have decent hair and skin you still look like shit, then it’s probably over.
Even what Timothy is doing might not be enough to save him. Although I respect his effort.

Almost all tik tok ascension is puberty and gymcel (in terms of getting lean)
