Its erda day 5 and i took 10mg accidentaly

so since 5 days im taking 5mg of erda and today i took 10mg because i forgot i already took 5 mg 1 hour before. the sides i have been gettig are knee pain,backpain,elbow pain,neck pain and strong headache today ( i think its because of the 10mg erda). i will update my improvements in height in 2 weeks
