He would have the majority of the juice be celery which is negative carbohydrate and then maybe 25% be carrot and/or beet.

No fruit juice because of the sugar issue.

No such thing as negative carbohydrates. They all break down into glucose.

Just avoid them completely.

i don't get raw meat copers either tbh for this exact reason. you still need a shit ton of meat/organs but cooked is the way to go. high- cooked meat unprocessed omnivore is the way to go
80% of the nutrients are destroyed by cooking. Therefore you’ll need to eat 5x the food to get the same effect. 5x the food = 5x the aging.

That’s not mentioning AGEs and carcinogens created via cooking.

That’s not mentioning that whatever toxins present in the meat become free radicals and get absorbed instead of excreted all because of cooking.

raw meat isn't as bad as zog says it is but cooking meat is still good it's something even pre sapiens humans did. medium rare/rare is the sweetspot it has not been cooked long enough to lose a lot of nutrients but long enough to be free of bacteria/parasites and easier to digest

i want to have muscle though i am naturally scrawny. my dad has good muscle despite never working out but he is also fat as fuck like all his fat is in his stomach it looks goofy
