it is clear to me that even the most experienced surgeon has botching cases. I want rather to point out the person's practices, which the user has already pointed out quite a bit.

idk why would you trust someone who probably doesn't even have a license, which is why he doesn't operate those implants himself, but talks nonstop about OBO and many other obscure surgeries like it's a walk in the valley while he's 27 years old?

Botching can happen to every surgeon even top ones but a common thing I read about him from these guys seem to be the lack of comunication post surgery, that's by far the worst thing any surgeon could do and that's enough to go look elsewhere.

Sure, but maybe he was hyped up by giant himself pre surgery, we can’t know. The placement of the implants though is enough to blame it on him, I never saw smth like that posted here. He went from a nice mandible to the one of a 50 year old man, that shouldn't have ever happened.

No surprise he talked about opening his muh implant center in SEA 2 years ago, there surgeries regulations are poorer compared to europe or US. Then the idea failed and he started to work with turkish surgeons(which are probably way better than him)

Only surgery we incels need is Lefort3 and it is very hard to find surgeons willing to do this procedure for cosmetic purposes.
It's illegal where I live in Europe afaik so I would already need to get it done in some basement or in another continent.

i have copied and pasted a reply on my thread and added more below.

due to to gigantic size and surface coverage of the cheeks inserting and removing them left me with midface laxity. there is no way any designer or dr would design a cheek implants that makes you look like madonna on a bad day. not to mention the major misplacement and ecoli infection. on the contrary because he disregarded the shape of my previous jaw implant my jaw now has laxity because a "smaller" less wrap around implant was placed. there was empty "dead space" now which collected constant fluid and led to the problems you see now. this is why i keep pointing out how important it was to keep the size if i was to change them. not for aesthetic reasons only. my tissues had accomodated for large implants for 10 years and he put a downgraded one in there and it simply wasnt enough to hold the tissues tight. now i am left with delfated cheeks, deflated jaw, and loose skin under my neck and jowling and a poor jawline compared to what i used to have. ( yes like a 50 years olds). kinda like when you get breast implants and go smaller. and now that the fuckup has been done i am being labelled as being too extreme because i was assured everything will look better than my starting point. ive gone 5 steps backward. these are the things i was assured

1- new jaw will be exactly same size maybe even a little bigger if it can fit, and a much better contour - false
2- the new cheeks will have much more better defintion and is a higher cheek bone than dr eppleys (major false)
3- chin will be more masculine with definition and will get rid of the step off i had with previous genioplasty. somewhat true but false on the step off part. the step off is even worse when you look at the gap between the chin and jaw flaps.

these things blew out all the proportions of my face and compared to what i had my face as a whole has become more compact and smaller. not aesthetic traits a male should have. period.

and yes lets not forgot about his aspirations to build a clinic in cambodia. thats been swept well under the rug hasnt it? so the next best thing is to go to a country with lax laws and work his magic. because if he did it in the usa uk or australia he wouldnt even be allowed to step foot in the operating room.

and i was never impatient. hes using this narrative and sharing screenshots during times i was impatient because he failed to meet the deadlines promised to me. all i ever asked for was my designs he promised me. so i could have some hope some direction and confirmation that things would be ok. but instead he dragged this on for a whole year and gatekept everything from me like it was a game. not to mentione leaving me stranded in another country which cost me a further 5-10000 dollars in flights and hotels and my time off. if that isnt a scam that i dont know what is.

Looks like NEET rotter insanity prison and usually its way worse. I cleaned my room yesterday, the whole room was filled with empty bottles and I couldn't move anymore without stepping on glass.

I just use drugs/alcohol every day to cope with this retarded life I have.

I went to the mental-ward for an entire year for ~12hours/week untill now and a few weeks ago I got KICKED OUT OF THE MENTAL WARD, for being being too insane apparently.
They told me that I am 'too intense and group-therapy is unsuitable for me'. And there's no suitable alternative either.

So I guess I will just do more drugs then? jfl.
