Yeah. Most important is routine and patience in getting the same amount of sleep each night. Nothing is worse than being tired when you're incel, then you so easily delve into depression. I go to bed at 10pm and wake up 9am-10am. Then I read books, internet, watch stuff, occasionally go outside for a run, walk or food shopping. Nothing else to do. Sometimes I just sit here.
