You need carbs more than anything on roids
And your only source of carbs is roughly 1L of milk ( roughly 50g) assuming that’s your intake excluding how little fruits you might eat

on a good day your carbohydrate intake doesn’t even exceed 100-150g of carbs

If you’re eating on maintaining calories and let’s assume you’re 80-100kg, you’d need 300 carbs a day to be fine if not more
Especially using certain types of aas that influence glucose metabolism, if you’re not eating enough carbs you will go hypoglycemic and damage your body.
So even if he passes the 100g mark, he’s still not eating enough carbs for good health and results, but he’s indirectly damaging himself and missing out on much muscle gain.

I agree, but it all varies through person, im 70 kg but very much active, so my carb intake has to be around 380 a day in order to maintain this lifestyle
