*this post will include methods and my journey on everything I've done over the last 11 months to completely change everything about me looks wise. Keep in mind I haven't done any 'extreme' methods or drugs to look the way I do now. This post is mainly for the pussies (like me) out there who genuinely don't want to consider life decisions while improving their looks.

these photos are a span of about 11 months away from each other. as you can see from the first photo, my acne was horrendous, being under my skin tissue and also over it, causing me to have constant bumpy skin and redness. this isnt even at my lowest point but it got so bad that I genuinely could not take photos of it. The 2nd photo in the before is my physique. Fortunatley for me I've always been tall (about 6'3 in that photo) but I literally could not gain weight for the death of me. I did not work out (i played soccer 5-6 times a week) and I literally could never hit my calorie surplus goal.
On todays date 6/3/2026, I am 6'5, 193 LBS and probably the most confident i've been in my life. Besides transforming who i've become I also do SaaS (a story for another time) and I've literally landed like a fucking stacy. Anyways just wanted to give context how i went from the shits to the grits in 11 months and how YOU CAN TOO.
THE PROTOCOL
first and foremost, we need to talk about the main root. this obviously being acne. As cliche as all the eating clean shit seems I need you to hear me when I say this..
all body's react differently; but there is NO harm in eating clean u pussy
essentially in my case, I break out bad when i eat any sort of chocolate. Not necessarily sweets in general but chocolate firstly. I ended up just deciding to eat whole foods only just because I wanted to grind but it's truly up to you.
I do think that if you are dealing with acne you SHOULD try and just eat clean for about a month. If nothing goes away this means you have hormonal acne which is FINE because I went through that as well on top of my gut acne
WHAT DID I DO TO GET RID OF ACNE?
Unfortunately for me, I never got the opportunity to get on Accutane. This was before I knew anything about indiamart or online sellers therefore I had no way of getting myself Accutane.
Luckily for me, my mom is genuinely a Chad and introduced me to GHKCU (subq) Apparently my mom has been doing GHK for some time and she noticed significant changes within her skin so she offered me to try it.
My first cycle was did not change shit but I re ran it about 2 weeks after finishing my vial with zinc and it changed everything. Im not gonna get into the details of GHKCU as its so known and blablah blah
I did do localized for a min decent but like not worth anything rlly didnt see a big difference
takeaway from this: if you have access to accutane - DO IT! i wish i did, if you dont, ghkcu will do the trick imo
HOW DID I TRANSFORM MY BODY?
I get asked this question alot especially at school but its all about commitment. I was staying with my HB in miami and his apartment has a gym and he quite literally forced me for the 2 months i was with him to go with him. Obviously I did not see any results but progress takes time.
heres what i do in the gym for anyone wondering:
i go to the gym 5 times a week allocating my 6th day to LIGHT cardio.
Monday: Chests, Lats, Bicep, Tricep
Tuesday: Backs, Lats, Cable Curl, Cable Crunch
Wednesday: Chests, Lats, Bicep, Tricep
Thursday: Legs (hate it fuck legs)
Friday: Backs, Lats, Cable Curl, Cable Crunch
Sunday: Jog idk ion track it rlly
Super easy to follow, keeps me motivated and keeps me coming back.
Just remember that if its your first time getting into the gym, DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF keep it slow bro you'll get there
GYM SUPPLEMENTS
Alot of the stuff i take it rlly basic but i've seen it work so here
BPC-157 (love it)
Creatine 5mg a day
Protein (my protein gets hit in so many diff ways) 250g a day
Mass Gainer (i still CANNOT eat if my life depended on it so massgainer has been great! extra 1600 cals for me a day)
MISC.
these r things i do to boost overall appeal so yeh
twist cut hair method: fuck a barber just go to ur mirror and twist ur hair and cut wherever u think. eyeball everything its so meta.
MT2 500mcg every other day: i dont rlly care abt poisoning if imma be honest just be careful (check bottom for warning abt mt2)
Eyebrows threaded and dyed: easily TOP 10 SOFTMAXES OAT! ts works like a charm i literally got mine threaded tdy for prom works great!
Hair products: Honestly this rlly depends on ur hair type, i dont wash my hair with soap often im ngl (2022 sam zia method) but it works fine for me i dont have any buildup or whatever but i typically just use sea salt spray or if i had washed my hair i used texture powder. this is rlly all personal picking and choosing but yea
Ralph Lauren slim fit t: prob the best thing ive bought lol. such a good way to make u look 10x stronger than you are. just trust me on this
Whitening strips: need i say more?
Earrings: if you've got the ear lobes for it bro do it shits such a good ass appeal boost. all the hoes love it and it complements the face great.
Debloating: this is a big one - i just limit my sodium to under 2000mg a day and drink 3-4 zico coconut waters (1000mg potassium each) as its good electrolytes too, also cardio helps but yeah
those are essentially all the misc maxxes i do that have been good for me so ya
warnings / info u should take into consideration:
MT2
this should be rlly common knowledge about MT2 but i haven't seen anyone rlly talk about it. Your natural melanin levels will affect your experience. When i first started I was overdosing 1.5mg every 2 days but i was going through just bone weakness and flushing. I am half cuban so naturally my melanin levels are decently high but my hb did 700mcg first time and threw up 3 times the same night. hes russian so super low levels. MT2 does work on pale people but you will react differently so take that into consideration when dosing.
GHKCU
honeslty nun much to warn just avoid copper poisoning by watching urself and taking zinc. pretty standard but ya
MASSGAINER
god ts tastes like genuine dick but its great. only putting it here because my skinny hb ran it for a year and he lowk fat now so dont skip gym bro deadass
SARMS
ok, as natty as i'd love to claim myself i've done sarms in the past. Im putting this here because if your taking advice from this post, you're probably familiar with sarms cuz ur too much of a bitch to run gear. Ive ran ostarine and Rad140 and I'll tell you my experienes with both. note that both sarms were bought from chemyo
MK2866 (ostarine)
honestly? I got what i was expecting. Osta allowed me to skip like a 2-3 month stage of the gym and I liked it. Yes, it tasted like shit but im not complaining. I see alot of people shit on sarms and specifically ostarine but again, ur here cuz ur a bitch and u wanna know if the cop out shit is worth it. In my opinion i fucked with ostarine and didn't notice anything wrong with my libido or test levels. Got bloodwork down (im naturally high test) and i only dropped a few points i cant remember but nothing scary. Would i run again? Nah not worth it- Was it what i expected? Hell yeah.
RAD140
this shit is fucking garbage ion even wanna get into it. didnt feel anything from it and my test dropped significantly so i hopped on PCT. Genuinely so bad not worth my money what so ever. obv people react to shit differently but my hb also ran RAD aswell w me and we both didn't feel anything. Not sure if it was boof or not (coming from chemyo) but yeah nah.
MK677
my very first 'sarm', didnt do anything i had seen on brainrot tiktok. If ur gonna do a sarms do osta imo (ik theres more out there) but yeah.
overall i dont reccomend sarms, Yes i saw improvement from osta but it's not too worth it imo. Either stay natty or get on gear.
