you can be strong as fuck, dressed like a runway model, rocking a perfect fade and decent face, still doesn’t fucking matter if your frame isn’t elite. height, shoulder width, waist ratio, and bodyfat are the executioners here. people scan you in a blink; they don’t ask your max bench, they just register “tall, lean, sharp jaw” or “short, blocky, soft.” drop a few kilos of fat and you instantly look carved and photogenic; stack 40kg on your squat and in clothes you’re the same dude. chasing numbers often thickens the waist, bloats the face, and turns traps into meat pillows that make you look like a fridge in a suit. in every social arena, the bar, the beach, the office, the guy with the elite frame, crisp lines, low bf, and fresh skin buries the stronger, bulkier guy. no one sees the plates; they only see the product walking through the door. gym isn’t the enemy, but time and energy are finite, so distribute them according to your actual potential. and stop following the same recycled “self improvement starter pack” like a checklist, know yourself, find your strengths, and carve your own fucking path
