The last thing you want to do is leanmax, you are going to look like a fucking twig, you are going to look pathetic in clothes if you have a narrow frame and you are obsessed with getting to lower bodyfat. What you need to do is stay between 14-18% bodyfat.

But here's the precursor.

You need a few years of lifting under your belt to have a good enough foundation of muscle to distribute that fat at 14-18%. If you have shit muscle mass and you are at 18%, you are going to look skinny fat (like most framecels are). (Every notice how almost all skinny fat case are framecels?).


Why are most skinny fat cases framecels? cz they literally don't have enough skeletal area to distribute the fat. So They store it arounf their waste an at worst a lot in
their fuckig face.


What I suggest...

You have to set aside 1-2 years to be fat. I suggest you dirty bulk, (if you can clean bulk its ofc better but realistically most won't fucking do it). The aim is to get to 22-25 BMI with sub 18 ish bodyfat. (As said earlier, framecels need hat extra padding)


Additional TIps For Framecels (Important)

- You need an arm specific day cz most framecels are torso dominant
-You need to hit your traps and neck
-Abs are non negotiable (most framecels have wide hips drawing a lot of attention to your midsection)

Uhggg muscle doesn't matter if your frame is cooked broo....

You don't leanmax as a framecel cz it makes you look even narrower. Ideal bf range is 14-18%. Aim is to get to 22-25 BMI (will require minicuts in middle of dirty bulk. We focus on the "yolk" look. Hit traps and neck. Specificized Arm Day. Gonna Take 1-2 Years of being a fat fuck to initially build the muscle base​
