I have no self control. I eat carbs and sugary shit like every time before I goto bed. I have no control over my mind. Perhaps I just need to face the inevitable that softmaxxing will not work for me because of my self destructive mind an habits. Maybe I should just enjoy the pleasures of food and masturbation to my fullest extent.
