My doc said that watering fine hair makes it brake much more easy and thats why i lose hair like this. I also made an experiment where i went through my hair with my hands when it was dry vs wet and in the first instance there were only 15 hair but in the latter there were a whopping 36 hairs. She said i should not be washing my hair more then 3 times a week and not every day
