If u have a oneitis its over. Its brutal to have oneitis since it raises ur autism and ruins your whole game as you dont even look at other women. Its a soy trait and complete opposite of dark triad maxxing. Although I am based dark triad maxxing, I still suffer from oneitis pill, its brutal how a female smaller than me two-fold who does not even give a fuck of me can conquer my whole my mind and make me lose my sanity. I only cope with patrick bateman joker taxi drivers edits and stimulants SARMs and gym but that only helps temporarily, I still cant make gains because of lack of appetite. My appetite fades away with the thoughts of my oneitis. Its over for my cucked mindset, I don't know what to do with it

How did you get over it? I tried taking cabergoline to suppress my prolactin and it helps a bit with the symptoms like melancholy and crying, but doesn't fix complusive thoughts. It rather makes your obession more maniac rather than melancholic

I don't know. I just coped for so long. It was my ex and also another girl after her that I had a big crush on and known for ten years who ghosted me. Over time it just feels like a callous has grown over my brain. It's like I'm a husk and I really don't feel much emotion any more except the occasional angry outburst that I have.

I believe obsessions cannot be destroyed, they can only be transferred. So instead of wasting mental bandwidth obsessing over her, you lift more, you learn programming, you earn more, you looksmax harder. The goal is to improve so that your looksmatched version is levels ahead of her. Then you will relativize her value and aim for something better.

Just my two cents, this worked for me. I made up my mind that I would mog her hard and work everyday towards it. Easier said that done but you can choose to dwell or use the struggle in your favor.
