I should mention though that overloading your body with sugar (not talking about a dirty bulk but shameless binge eating) and calories like you did probably put a lot of stress on metabolism and slowed it down considerably. A study showed that eating 6000 calories of high-sugar diets and not doing any exercise for a week was enough to cause diabetic/metabolic syndrome symptoms in every participant.
