I wasn't thinking about fasting but psmf. Shouldn't I also psmf?I should mention though that overloading your body with sugar (not talking about a dirty bulk but shameless binge eating) and calories like you did probably put a lot of stress on metabolism and slowed it down considerably. A study showed that eating 6000 calories of high-sugar diets and not doing any exercise for a week was enough to cause diabetic/metabolic syndrome symptoms in every participant. You should lookup reversing metabolic syndrome to get your metabolism to peak performance. It usually goes in alternating pattern of:
Eat less, move less
Eat more, move more
Do NOT try to fast your way through this or you will do further damage. Fasting after binge eating is one of the worst things you can do for your metabolism and body composition. You're essentially feeding your fat cells and then starving your muscles
