Fucking top tier neck traps and good arms but can't grow a chest to save my fucking Life. I bench Press 80 kgs for reps that should be enough to have some

Yeah chest seem to be shrunken but I am not sure if it is a tall people thing :unsure:

start doing dumbbell bench both incline/flat and focus on higher rep ranges to emphasize hypertrophy

Lol meanwhile ppl at my Gym Just Do bench Press and have Amazing chest. I Just wanted to show you how much shit my chest genetics compared to the rest of the body are, i'll Just never grow One.
 
U have no chest because ur shoulders are permanently rolled forward so u cannot feel ur chest. U need to fix ur posture first before doing any chest exercises

Yeah it's normal to have this posture as a boxer , it's not normal to have absolutely no chest

It sounds like you're not doing enough volume. Start using the cable machines for your chest and increase your volume.

Lol i hate so much ppl like you. You have no idea how many Times ppl assumed shit abt my workout . I don't have big numbers but i lift as any other Regular Gym member

Sometimes we can have certain muscles in the body which need different treatment ..in your case , you should focus more on reps ..and less on weights ..if you can do heavy weight + more reps even better...if you do pushups , try to do 50 in a set even if it means resting in the middle ..if you do bench , then don't just stop at 12 do 60 kilos +20 reps at least ..if you can't do 60 then lesser weights but reps are the key here

Also no offense but give yourself time your body still looks it's in the beginning stage ...let it grow ...when you work out wear full shirt so that you don't see your physique ..looking at it is only going to depress you more ..I remember when I started I wore oversized full shirts and on day bam all of a sudden I see I'm absolutely built even my friend was shocked when I video called him shirtless
