Please tell me what to fucking do. No one gives a fuck about my sob story but I'm still going to say it, just tell me how to look better so I'm not fucking ripping my skin off every other day.
I'm 15 5'8 and Im not growing past 5'11 naturally unless i get extremely lucky. but I'm more worried about how ugly my face is. my parents forced me to get a buzz cut I've been trying what all the adults in my life tell me to but none of it helps and its all cope, everyone fucking hates me went to a party two days ago and I got slapped across the face just for approaching a girl. Getting treated like im a rapist because im fucking disgusting to look at.
I'll do anything as I don't think it's entirely over, everyone has potential. (cope) but because of my age surgery must wait.

nigga living the everage white man's life. Just try to not get slapped on the face by dodging :lul: and sleep at least 9 hours a day so you have good growth hormones.

its almost like I have sleep paralysis its extremely hard for me to even get 5 hours a day of sleep. But yeah Ik Im working to fix it

I feel like my main problem is skin quality but Idk exactly im not exactly very experienced in judging whats wrong with someones face, up until recently i was force fed cope my entire life that looks dont matter.

Take beta carotene for tanning

Drink enough water.		Hop on growth hormone, I'm not educated enough to give advice on hgh. There's many people that will give great HGH advice though.

Monitor bloodwork though.		Take low dose test (around 200mg) with ais, enough for aesthetic gains but not too much to risk major health risks.

Workout 4 days a week hitting upper body and lateral raises at least 2x		The Test should help 200mg.

Vitamin K2 (MK4) and vitamin D 5k iu could help.

Asking for flaws here is inefficient, random users wont make you a full reliable diagnosis of your flaws. The best way is by far to learn how to analyse your face yourself.
First take a picture of yourself with the following settings :
  • Phone 5-6ft away
  • Eyes to the same level as the camera
  • Natural lighting
  • Use back camera
Then measure your ratios and compare them to the ideal range.
Another way is to pay a "professional" to analyse your face.
When you have your flaws listed, search for solutions then implement them and adapt based on the results.

right now you have to focus first on fixing your health. your skin looks bad because probably you eat bad, and you have an unhealthy lifestyle. start by drinking 5 liter of water daily, fix ur diet, and get into a gym to build muscle but most imporantly to boost your testosterone level. this will ascend you, but it will be 4-5 years of consistency and work. dont take steroid or shit like that, its a shortcut that will leave you bald and with erection problems.

Pretty much. You could do some frauds but idk. You should be focusing on soft maxes rn. Fix your hair asap shit making u look like an egg and just skin mainly
