hey guys, please help me

my skin was literally crystal clear with panoxyl, so i wanted to takr a step ahead and move to tretinoin 0.05% 2-3x/week

my skin is soooo bad rn, i been on it for almost a month. i have university after less than a month too

when does it get better?? and how fast will it

my skin is shedding and alot of acne coming atm

Might genuinely just be in a purge phase always happens with retinoids ect just gotta power through unfortunately maybe take a look at ur diet cut out sugar and pasturised dairy products are usually causes for hormonal acne

no, just tret then i wait 1-2 mins then mostrizer

i thought my skin already good dealing with chemicals since i used to be on benz peroxide and other stuff

Maybe try sandwich method moisturise tret moisturise again usually when ur skins dried out it’s cos the retinoids being absorbed way too quick
